Once you agree to the terms and conditions you will be able to proceed with your order. If you do not agree or have not read the terms and conditions, do not proceed. Jella Creative reserves the right to make changes to this site. Terms will be revisited and updated as and when required.
- COPYRIGHT
This agreement applies to any image, artwork, graphics, digital images and products created by the artist (owner of Jella Creative) and delivered to the customer. Jella Creative is a trademarked brand.
The artist exclusively owns the copyright for all artwork under intellectual property in the Copyright Act. The artist has exclusive rights to use and distribution. Full credit belongs to and identifies the artist.
The images featured on this site cannot be reprinted, duplicated, altered, re-used for advertisement, monetised or merchandised for resale or non-profit by the client without express consent, written permission and the relevant purchased licence from the artist.
- DELIVERY
Items will only be packaged and sent out for delivery once the payment has gone through successfully. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. Deliveries will take no longer than 14 days from the date of order. Cards and other small items will be delivered within 5 days, international shipping times will vary. Delivery times will be confirmed via email. Please state any special requests in the order notes on the checkout page.
- PRIVACY
Your personal details will not be shared with any 3rd party. Jella Creative is committed to the upmost security and protection of your privacy. Concerning your device and user account logon details, you are responsible for maintaining confidentially.
- COMMUNICATIONS
Your purchase is consent to receive communications from Jella Creative concerning your order. You will not receive any direct promotions unless you have checked the box to sign up to the newsletter.
